Boeing Digital Aviation Solutions (BDAS) is seeking a Business Operations Specialist(Level 4 or 5) (Virtual)to join our Business Operations & Integration team. In this role you will have the unique opportunity to help the BDAS leadership team execute a variety of projects and drive business integration with BGS (Boeing Global Services).

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

Deliver outcomes while working in a fast paced, high visibility, ambiguous, and ever-changing environment.Coordinate and facilitate the data collection for monthly presentations of the BDAS business to the BGS leadership team.Working with BDAS Executive leadership team and the VP Chief of Staff to collect information and coalesce it into a meaningful narrative and data story.Represents BDAS executive management business interests with BGS in areas such as communicating business policy, strategy, and direction.Ensures follow up action for issue resolution.Assists in task management to enable a more efficient use of executive resources.Guides and facilitates the development and integration of projects, plans, strategies, and processes to meet business goals.Coordinates and clarifies the analysis with business partners to validate results and determine scope to meet business objectives.Identifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning, and refines as needed. Presents plans to executive leadership to gain approval.Utilizes the management systems and processes to provide status information on commitments and compliance to plan.Provides coaching and guidance to less experienced personnel.

This position has been identified as a virtual opportunity and will not require the selected candidate to relocate. This position will offer voluntary relocation to Englewood, CO or Plano, TX but not required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience)

3 yrs. Experience interfacing with senior and executive leadershipExperience with developing and delivering presentations to senior leaders.Experience in interpreting data and presenting analysis and recommendations to leadership.Experience working in a cross functional environment.Experience working with confidential information and a high level of discretion.Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):

6 yrs. Experience interfacing with senior and executive leadershipHighly intuitive and proactive in anticipating others’ needsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, work well with various personality types and receptive to feedbackProficient with Microsoft Excel as a data manipulation tool (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, charting, etc.) and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools is a plus (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI)High level of digital proficiency

Typical Education & Experience:

Level 4

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.)

Level 5

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 15 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+13 years' related work experience, 19 years' related work experience, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Relocation:

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility, this position will offer voluntary relocation to Englewood, CO or Plano, TX only but not required. It is posted as Virtual.

Summary pay range:

Level 4: $115,600.00-$156,000.00

Level 5: $141,950.00-$192,050.00
