Boeing Global Services (BGS) Training Solutions is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our Seattle Customer Training Campus. At this campus, we conduct maintenance training programs for airlines and maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) organizations from around the world. In this role, you will serve and assist guests (training students) as well as other visitors to our Training Campus.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at the Seattle Customer Training Campus.

Position Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to visitors and guests queries and needs

Identify and recommend areas for process improvement

Manage urgent schedule and training adjustments as needed

Set up classrooms by course schedules

Maintain and replenish student course supplies as necessary

Prepare student kits for shipment for upcoming remote courses

Coordinate with internal teams to upload student information for visitor badging

Handle secure documentation processes involving highly sensitive personal information

Facilitate hotel and transportation needs of guests and visitors

Ensure campus is in appropriate condition to support training needs

Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):

Minimum 3 years of experience in customer support services and document compliance

Minimum 3 years of experience working in a multi-functional team environment

Experience with data analysis

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Experience implementing process or strategy improvements, with knowledge of Lean practices

Experience in strategic planning roles

Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, and customer focus

Typical Education & Experience:

High School diploma/GED or equivalent

Typically, 1 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., vocational school/Associate’s degree)

Relocation:

Summary Pay Range: 59,500 – 80,500
