The Boeing Company’s Tanker Contracts organization is seeking a Senior Contract Management Specialist to join their team in Everett, WA or Tukwila, WA.

This role will support Commercial Derivative Programs as well as U.S. Government and Foreign Military Government acquisition activities. The ideal candidate will support both acquire and execute activities for a complex statement of work and organizational structure within the Commercial Derivative portfolio.

Position Responsibilities:

Conducts and leads proposal development from opportunity through contract award including price and terms and conditions negotiation

Provides contracting expertise to develop and negotiate creative business solutions and new and follow-on business

Trains and develops other Contracts professionals

Represents the company to diverse customers, mainly is support of the U.S. Government but other commercial and public/private institutions as well

Administers contracts and agreements during the entire acquisition and product lifecycle

Provides contracts and pricing guidance, technical and operational leadership for the program/business management teams

Partners in the development of business unit strategy and achievement of goals

Submits offers and serves as an official Boeing representative to the customer

Develops and/or maintains effective working relationships with customer counterparts and the next level within the customer organization

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s Degree or higher

5+ years of experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts

5+ years of experience building, developing and maintaining customer relationships

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

5+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers and partners

5+ years of experience documenting contracts in support of U.S. Government Prime Contracts

5+ years of experience with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations) and DFARS (Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement)

Experience in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities, and able to multi-task and manage expectations

Experience using strong time management skills

Ability to work well independently or as part of a team

Summary pay range: $130,050 – $175,950
