Find your future with us.The Boeing Company is looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Computing Architect - ServiceNow to join the team in North Charleston, SC; Seattle, WA; Plano, TX; Berkeley, MO; or Hazelwood, MO.
The Computing Architect will join the Global Service Engagement Platform (GSEP) and will be working with the ServiceNow platform.
Position Responsibilities:
Defines requirements and designs and verifies robust architecture, data and information management systems and components
Establishes design constraints and ensures architecture conforms to requirements. Incorporates architecture functions into software development lifecycle
Understands Data Modeling and ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
Leads the development and configuration management of architecture views and models
Assesses of feasibility of architecture solutions and alternatives
Assesses the impact of architectural decisions to product lifecycles
Contributes to architecture and data/information management standards and strategies
Develops and designs within the GSEP program using ServiceNow platform capabilities including Information Technology Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
Provides technical design and implementation solutions to a wide range of technical problems
Analyzes and documents current state processes, data and system architecture
Defines and documents future state processes, data and system architecture which includes assessing feasibility of architectural alternatives, impact to the production solution and documenting recommendations
Ensures current and future state architecture conforms with policy and business constraints and applies ServiceNow best practices
Aligns ServiceNow platform capabilities to business strategy and ServiceNow roadmap
Identifies opportunities to combine similar solution needs
Provides leadership and participates in implementing new requirements on the ServiceNow platform
Contributes to governance processes
Stays current on ServiceNow products and applicable integrated technologies
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Experience with architecture of ServiceNow platform functionality including: ITSM, ITOM, & ITAM
Experience working with ServiceNow architectural best practices and how they are applied to enterprise solutions
Experience with analytical skills including the ability to collect, organize and analyze data and patterns from internal and external stakeholders and experts
Experience working across multiple teams, service owners, and key stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelors degree or higher
Experience demonstrating initiative, eager to learn, adaptable, and fundamental understanding of how IT application systems are designed and operated
Experience with Agile and SAFe best practices

Summary pay range: $130,900 - $177,100
