Find your future with us.Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Business Process Manager to join our Performance & Strategy team in Everett, WA or Renton, WA. This position is required to be 100% onsite. This position will require you to sit at the Renton, WA and Everett, WA location with travel to the Everett, WA or Renton, WA site on an as needed basis. Must be willing and able to work any shift (Must be able & willing to work various shifts and/or an alternate baseline schedule that may frequently change to support mission requirements and may include weekends and holidays; mission requirements and/or workload may require both scheduled and unscheduled overtime.)
This team serves as the first line of support for internal customers, ensuring requests, system questions, and enhancement needs are handled efficiently and accurately.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead our business systems operations team within BCA. This role will specifically be responsible for leading a team focused on sustainment and transformation within the aggregation programs systems.
In this role, you will manage daily team operations, coordinate priorities across internal stakeholders and an external software development vendor, and ensure commitments are delivered on time and within budget. You don’t need to be a technical expert — success in this position depends on your ability to organize work, empower your team, and drive operational results through people and process excellence.
Our team is currently hiring a Level K Business Process Manager.
Position Responsibilities:
Manages employees performing activities to design, develop and maintain business processes and strategies and to implement process improvement methodologies.Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.Manages, develops and motivates employees.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
5+ years of experience with program management, project management and/or business operations5+ years of experience of direct and/or indirect team leadership experience do you have that you successfully delivered results5+ years of experience managing multiple competing priorities5+ years of experience with industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications & Products)5+ years of experience as proven leader with strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills5+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships/partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and cross-functional teams5+ years of experience working both independently and in team environments5+ years of experience managing ambiguity and changing priorities in a fast-paced collaborative environment in support of multiple organizations5+ years of experience with the development and maintenance of the project schedule and budgetRequires 100% onsite (5 days a week)Must be willing and able to work any shift (Must be able & willing to work various shifts and/or an alternate baseline schedule that may frequently change to support mission requirements and may include weekends and holidays; mission requirements and/or workload may require both scheduled and unscheduled overtime.)
