The Boeing Fabrication Business Operations team is seeking an individual contributor to join our core team in Auburn. This role will be responsible for integrating and project managing a variety of aspects of business operations, including but not limited to, risk, issues, and opportunities, management system and information (MS&I), directives and memos.
Position Responsibilities:
Responsible for coordination of the Directive and Memos process within Boeing Fabrication. Support and guide stakeholders through the processProject manage large scale Directives impacting multiple business units, this includes but is not limited to, gathering scope & requirements, schedule, risk, issues, opportunities, and financial impacts.Proficient at preparing and delivering presentations at an executive level.Ability to build relationships across functions and manage stakeholder expectationsConduct reviews and revisions of existing process documentsSupport the development and maintenance of training materials and standard work instructionsKnowledgeable in modern digital tools for managing large amounts of information is an asset
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree or higher3+ years of experience in project or program management3+ years of experience with Program Management Best Practices (PMBP)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Project Management Professional designation assetExperience with PowerAutomate and SharePoint an assetExperience with applying AI technologies for process improvement an assetExperience working with BCA Work Statement Management processExperience working with CITAP process

Level 4 $118,000-$128,000
