Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a SeniorBusiness Operations Specialist (Level 4) to join the Electrical Systems Responsibility Center (ESRC)team based out of Everett, Washington.

Jump at this exciting opportunity with ESRC Business Operations to drive the business as a member of our Work Statement Management team!

This role provides an opportunity to build and leverage relationships across BCA and the Boeing Enterprise to provide essential proposal and project integration support for the Electrical capability. Position Responsibilities:

Assists in the development and integration of programs, plans, strategies, and processes to meet business goals for authorization, such as sourcing strategy for commitment of work, cost imperatives, deployment analysis, and impact mitigationSupports the coordination and clarifies the analysis with business partners to validate results and determine scope to meet long range business goals and develop business caseCoordinates the commitments with internal and external organizations to fulfill strategiesIdentifies risk and opportunity and potentially develops mitigation planning and refines the business caseMeets with leadership to gain approvalProvides implementation direction for work authorizationCollects, organizes, and provides data according to established processes within the management system to maintain the status of programs, customer and supplier commitments, and complianceEnsures follow-up action for issue resolutionProvides coaching and guidance to less experienced personnelPartners with organization leaders on long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives, and initiativesReviews and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies implementation recommendationsDevelops executive-level briefingsLeads the design, logistics, and facilitation of large meetings/eventsLeads the development and maintenance of the project schedule and budget; monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

5+ years of experience performing in a change management, program management, or business operations role5+ years of experience collecting, interpreting data, and managing high level projects for Executives or Senior Leadership5+ years of experience successfully managing multiple high-volume, complex, concurrent projects

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s Degree or higher5+ years of Contracts experience5+ years of Project management experience

Summary pay range: $116,000 - $136,000
