Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Operations Program Management Integrator to join our Digital Transformation team in Everett, Washington.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative and diverse team dedicated to revolutionizing end-to-end business processes and tools through significant improvements utilizing advanced technologies.

Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including; Senior Level Integrator (Level 4 or 5).

As a Senior Business Operations Program Management Integrator, you will play a crucial role in project management and the development of planning/program directives that drive innovative tools and processes across the value stream. We are looking for professionals who are enthusiastic about driving change, solving current challenges, and shaping the future of our company.

Position Responsibilities:

Lead project management efforts for Digital Transformation initiativesAuthor and manage planning/program directives that facilitate innovative tools and processesCollaborate cross-functionally to bring diverse teams together and drive project successCommunicate effectively with executive-level leadership, providing clear updates and insightsFacilitate workshops and working sessions to keep teams engaged and on-taskUtilize scheduling tools such as MS Project to manage timelines and deliverablesCreate and present executive level presentations to communicate plans across BCA

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

3+ years of experience using Program Management Best Practices (PMBP)3+ years of experience in project management or direct line management3+ years of experience leading workshops and working sessions3+ years of experience utilizing automated scheduling tools

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

5+ years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience3+ years of experience with SAP Activate methodology and Agile (SAFe) development methods.

Typical Education/Experience:

Senior (Level 4)

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.)

Senior (level 5)

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 15 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+13 years' related work experience, 19 years' related work experience, etc.)

Summary pay range (level 4): $115,600 - $136,000

Summary pay range (level 5): $141,950 - $167,000
