In this role, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that the Engineering and Product Support (E&PS) team runs smoothly and efficiently.
You will collaborate with various product teams and executive leaders to ensure that E&PS Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) are well aligned with organizational priorities, and product teams’ objectives. You will coach and consult with key leaders in the organization to empower our teams to excel in their roles

Position Responsibilities:
Preparation activity associated with IDT&S Business Reviews
Collaborate with other business operations teammates to ensure alignment and integration with Governance, Risk, Compliance and Finance activities
Provide both individual coaching and office hours support to enable the success of product managers
Coordinate action items
Host quarterly product reviews to highlight product accomplishments
Host retrospective sessions to understand pain points and determine plan to address them
Collaborate with E&PS LT Chief of Staff on operating rhythm and cadence alignment across the entire Product Division(s)
Implement process and technology solutions in order to drive CIO, E&PS LT and BusOps strategic goals
Manage IT Taxonomy Changes
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience in Product Leadership, Product Operations, Product Management or Agile Project Management role
5+ years of experience working in a cross-functional environment with all levels in the business from individual contributors to executive leadership
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Experience working collaboratively across teams and managing multiple priorities
Experience preparing materials and briefing executive level audiences

Summary pay range: $117,300 – $170,200
