A successful candidate will focus on supporting Fleet Link and Ground Support Information Systems for e-Enabled aircraft.
Position Responsibilities:
Research complex or multiple processes, applications, systems and data to identify functional requirements for designConsult with internal and external customers to clarify and refine complex requirementsInstall, Request and Configure user access in multiple environments and applicationsAbility to travel 20% of work timeFlexibility to support off-hours and on-call shifts
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Experience with all aspects of Windows Desktop AdministrationExperience in Network/Application Troubleshooting BackgroundExperience with Networking and OSIExperience in Presentation and Communication skillsExperience with Customer SupportExperience with Application Support and InstallationsAbility to travel 20% of work timeAbility to be 100% onsite
