The Boeing Company is looking for a SeniorBenefits Manager to join our team where you will be a leader on the Healthcare Strategy team driving excellence in our health and insurance programs! In this role, you’ll focus on the strategic execution of these vital programs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all processes. This position can be located in Seattle, WA; Chicago, IL; North Charleston, SC; Arlington, VA or Berkeley, MO.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. They will also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly understand complex issues and make informed decisions and effectively manage a team of professionals.

Position Responsibilities:

Manage a team of health and insurance strategy professionals to ensure effective execution of Boeing's health benefits strategyPlan, recommend and implement health and welfare strategy initiatives within the Boeing benefits programWork closely with consultants to manage annual health and insurance renewal process and oversee key annual enrollment deliverablesAct as strategy focal for key benefit vendor relationships (as needed)Provide benefits support and analysis for union negotiations, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), divestitures, and subsidiary integration projectsSupport Requests for Proposals (RFPs) (competitive bids) for various healthcare servicesDevelop and maintain partnerships with other internal functional areas such as Legal/Compliance, Benefit Operations, Communications, Well-Being and TR Partners to ensure integration and an effective roll-out of strategic initiatives

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

10+ years of experience managing employer sponsored health and insurance plans10+ years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment10+ years of experience working for a large employer with both union and non-union populations

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

5+ years of experience managing people or teamsBachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldProfessional certification (e.g., CEBS, PHR, CPA)Experience with employee benefits programs and relevant regulations (e.g., ERISA, COBRA, ACA)Experience driving change and innovation in the health and insurance operations space

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range: $191,250 - $258,750
