The successful candidate will be a self-starter and demonstrate the ability to apply specified guidance to execute delegated tasks regarding aeronautical data capture requirements. Performs basic database entry and solves routine problems. Follows detailed instructions, processes, and procedures to complete assignments. Heavily relies on a mentor to execute work instructions.
This position has been identified as a virtual opportunity and does not require applicants to live in Englewood - Colorado, USA.
Position Responsibilities:
Acquires, analyzes, compiles, evaluates and reviews published aeronautical data.Exploits, extracts, formats, manipulates, and updates Boeing aeronautical information products using established processes and tools.Ensures the quality, accuracy and currency of aeronautical information.Assists in identifying efficiencies and improvements in the product workflow.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
High School Diploma or equivalent.Experience working in a remote environmentComputer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite
Aviation experience in any one of the following areas:
Flight/Airport OperationsFlight DispatchAir NavigationFAA Navigation systems and publication.Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
College degreeExperience with CAD softwareExperience with GIS/ArcmapExperience working in a remote environmentStrong communication skills and personal accountability
