Boeing Global Services (BGS) GTE Courseware Design and Instruction (CD&I) team is seeking an Associate or Mid-Level Customer Instructional Systems Designer to join us in one of the following locations: St Louis, MO; Tukwila WA, Jacksonville, FL; Oklahoma City, OK; Ridely Park, PA.

The selected candidate will be primarily supporting our Air Dominance CD&I team SOW for the Navy and Air Force Fighters and Autonomous Aircraft, (CD&I) team supporting contracts with the Navy (F-18), Air Force (F-15), but may be asked to support the Navy and Air Force Mobility, Bombers and Surveillance or the Army’s Vertical Lift Platforms.

Position Responsibilities:

Designs technical learning solutions to meet customer and stakeholder objectives.Researches and analyzes learning objectives and customer needs.Designs and provides recommendations to stakeholders on course structure, content, and methodologies.Completes design review process with stakeholders.Supports development of training content to meet training objectives.Evaluates technical training effectiveness and customer feedback.Supports developing and accessing new instructional strategies, methods, technologies and tools related to instructional design, development, and delivery.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s degree or higherExperience with Instructional System Design Methodologies, Learning Data and Learning Management Systems.

Summary pay range Associate: $66,300 - $89,700

Summary pay range Mid-Level : $75,650 - $118,450
