Position Responsibilities:
Applies change and planning decisions to arrive at optimal solutionsApplies Supply Chain Management (SCM) methodologies to ensure coordination in the supply chainCoordinates with company customer support representatives, contract administration, purchasing, engineering, quality assurance, traffic, warehousing, suppliers and customersIncorporates Bills of Material (BOM) and schedules into a production plan.Coordinates part number attributesVerifies the released engineering BOM has been correctly implemented in the material planning systemReleases and maintains ordersDocuments and resolves order delinquenciesReports schedule adherence issuesApplies developed solutions to inventory plansAnalyzes and dispositions excess and obsolete inventoriesCreates schedules for products and servicesCoordinates and supports process improvementsWorks under general supervision
This position is hybrid. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.
This position is for 1st shift.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. (An Interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post Start is required.)
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
More than 1 year of experience working with Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higherMore than 1 year of experience in supply chain or materials managementMore than 1 year of experience supporting Operations, Materials Management and/or Supply Chain functions in a production environmentMore than 1 year of experience with Material Requirements Planning, including the use of Compass Contract or a similar MRP systemMore than 1 year of experience using SQL
Typical Education/Experience:
Typically 3 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
Relocation:

Travel:
Position may require travel up to 10% of the time.
