Find your future with us.The Boeing Company is looking for as Associate Supply Base Management Specialist (Level 2) who will focus on managing Government Military proposals working with Supplier Management Procurement, Engineering, Program Management and Contracts. This role is a Key Performance Indicator for the organization in Tukwila, WA.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options: Tukwila, WA.
Position Responsibilities:
Participates in managing supplier/subcontractor business relationships, in-service requirements and performance to contractual obligations and expectations.
Gathers and reviews data for use in supplier performance evaluations.
Identifies and communicates potential risks and issues. Provides support in the development of mitigation plans.
Deploys operating authority to improve product delivery and quality performance. Supports the development and implementation of supplier project plans.
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Experience in Supplier Management / Supply Chain – Order Management, Procurement, Negotiation, Problem Resolution
Experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word & Teams
Experience in performing data analysis
Experience working in fast paced environment with strict deadlines
Experience working both independently and in team environments
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Basic Project Management
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
Typical Education/ Experience:
Typically 3 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
Relocation:
This position is located in a location that does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Summary pay range: 75,650 - 102,350
