Find your future with us.The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Associate Product Management Specialist – Program Management Systems to join the Boeing Information Digital Technology & Security team in Seattle, WA or Berkeley, MO.
This is an early-career opportunity supporting Boeing’s Program Management systems and capabilities. The role will be partnered with product managers, architects, technical teams, and business stakeholders to support product planning, requirements development, customer engagement, and roadmap execution.
This position is well suited for someone who is solutions-oriented, automation-focused, and interested in emerging technologies that can improve enterprise processes and user experience.
Position Responsibilities:
Support product management activities for Boeing’s Program Management portfolio
Gather and document business needs, customer feedback, and product improvement opportunities
Assist in developing business and functional requirements for product enhancements and sustainment work
Analyze customer, operational, and product data to support prioritization and roadmap discussions
Identify opportunities to improve processes and product outcomes through automation and emerging technology
Support evaluation of ideas involving Artificial Intelligence (AI), generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), workflow automation, and digital productivity tools
Assist with preparation of business cases, product materials, stakeholder presentations, and demonstrations
Collaborate with technical teams, architects, suppliers, and business stakeholders to support delivery of product priorities
Support backlog refinement, documentation updates, and release/readiness activities
Build knowledge of Boeing Program Management capabilities, enterprise systems, and business processes over time
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1+ years of experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
1+ years of experience working in a fast paced, collaborative team environment
Experience in product management related to data, analytics, and/or artificial intelligence
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field
Experience related to product management, business analysis, project coordination, automation, or Information Technology (IT)
Experience using or exploring AI/LLM-based tools, workflow automation platforms, or analytics tools
Experience defining and applying emerging technology to support business needs
Experience researching and applying large language and generative AI models
Experience creating presentations, documentation, user stories, process flows, or product materials
Experience gathering, organizing, and communicating information clearly in written and verbal formats
Experience learning new tools, business domains, and technical concepts quickly
