Boeing Commercial Airplanes is looking for an Associate or Experienced Quality Systems Specialist (Level 2 or Level 3) based out of Everett, Washington to support the Interiors Responsibility Center (IRC).

As a Compliance Auditor, you will become part of a dynamic team that works closely will all MBUs within the IRC, building valuable relationships that enable the IRC to remain in compliance with Boeing’s Quality Management System (QMS) and FAA requirements.

Position Responsibilities:

Maintains Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards and working agreements are deployed using established procedures.Use approved Internal Audit (IA) tools to identify control issues and risk areas during audit planning, fieldwork, and reporting phases of assigned audits.Provide evidence of tool use.Provide BPSM/Systematic Problem-Solving assistance to stakeholders on all assigned Non-Compliance (NC) Findings. Ensure that a BPSM and required approvals are attached to all assigned NC Corrective Action Planes (CAPs).Assists with hardware, software and system level audits to determine compliance with quality management system (QMS) standards, configuration assurance, related business, regulatory and customer requirements.Documents audit results in standard formats.Participate, lead or co-lead all assigned audits (audit lead activities identified at IA Leadership discretion). Complete activities to develop audit scope, schedule and plans during planning, conducting assigned audit activities during fieldwork, and completing assigned report sections using approved IA tools during reporting.Participate in Repair Station, FAA, and other 3rd party audits and audit activities, when requested.Works under general supervision, following audit lead's direction during audit planning, fieldwork, and reporting phases of audits.Provide direction to team members.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

1+ years of experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications1+ years of experience in collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data1+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

3+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experienceBachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited programExperience with AS9001: International Aerospace QMS StandardsExperience with ISO9001: International QMS StandardsExperience with the Boeing Problem Solving Model (BPSM) and/or Systematic Problem Solving

Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range for Level 2: $72,250 - 97,750

Summary pay range for Level 3: $86,700 - $117,300
