Find your future with us.Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for an Associate or Experienced Quality Systems Specialist (Level 2 or Level 3) to join Supplier Quality Core Integration Team, specifically working on the Core Functional Excellence team based in Everett, Washington. This team’s statement of work revolves around finance, staffing, training, development, and supplemental writings across BCA Supplier Quality.
This role is a great opportunity to widen your aerospace knowledge within Supplier Quality, developing your collaboration and interpersonal skills across our global workforce within Supplier Quality. The position provides opportunity to learn about the Supplier Quality function as well as exposure to leadership.

Position Responsibilities:
Assists in review of proposals, contracts, regulatory, program and customer requirements to prepare quality assurance plans and tests for hardware and software products, processes and services.Maintains Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards and working agreements are deployed using established procedures.Collects and verifies data to support the identification of root cause routine problems. Provides ideas and concepts for corrective action development.Supports quality source selection and process reviews of suppliers' ability to meet program quality requirements.Assists with hardware, software and system level audits to determine compliance with quality management system standards, configuration assurance, related business, regulatory and customer requirements. Documents audit results in standard formats.Compiles data and provides recommendations for material review disposition.Works under general supervision.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS)1+ years of experience with project management1+ years of experience with finance or accounting1+ years of experience developing presentations for leadership3+ years of experience using the Microsoft Office Suite, such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPointExperience in a role that required excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience1+ years of experience in technical writing1+ years of experience in a role that required strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills1+ years of experience creating tableau dashboards1+ years of experience in data mining, processing, and analysis

Summary pay range for Level 2: $72,250 - $97,750
Summary pay range for Level 3: $86,700 - $117,300
