Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Human Resources (HR) is seeking an Associate Human Resources Generalist (HRG) to join our HR Operations team in Everett, WA where we build the 767, 777, and the future location of our third 737 production line.

Position Responsibilities:

Support attendance case management and corrective actionUtilize HR metrics and people data to drive solutions based on trends and understand effectiveness of support providedContribute to a culture that promotes superior customer service and enhances a positive employee experience at the center of HR service deliveryProvide visible HR presence where our employees work to enable real time engagement and solutionsCommunicate and collaborate with HR peers, leaders and key stakeholders and Centers of Excellence

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

1+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes1+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and linking relevant HR strategies to business outcomes1+ years of experience in interpreting data and presenting analysis and recommendations to managementExperience creating a positive customer experience and communicating with front line leaders

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Human Resources certificationExperience managing ambiguity and changing priorities in a fast-paced collaborative environment in support of multiple organizationsExperience collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating significant amount of information with attention to detailExperience with Excel and PowerPointExperience creating metrics that matterExperience with hourly/union workforceExperience in Workday HCM

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $77,350 - $104,650
