The Boeing Company is seeking an AssociateFinancial Integrator to join the team in Everett, Washington. This is an exciting opportunity to support the high‑visibility KC‑46 Tanker program.

A successful candidate will be a proactive self‑starter who collaborates effectively and builds strong partnerships with key stakeholders. The candidate should demonstrate high attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Position Responsibilities:

Reviews Earned Value Management (EVM) data to identify trends and discrepancies in financial performance

Maintains and improves financial reporting tools and dashboards

Ensures compliance with internal controls and financial policies

Makes recommendations to senior management on financial performance projections and assessments using financial and business knowledge and experience

Builds relationships and collaborate across multiple business and financial stakeholders to develop solutions and drive results

Supports the quarterly Estimate at Complete (EAC) process

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

1+ years of experience in finance related roles such as Financial Operations, Cost Management, Estimating, Financial Planning, Contracts, or Procurement Financial Analysis (PFA)

1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint)

1+ years of experience with financial forecasting and budget creation

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s degree or higher

Experience in Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics and best practices

Experience the quarterly Estimate at Complete (EAC) process

Experience in analytical and problem‑solving skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate in a team environment

Summary Pay Range: $79,050 - $106,950
