Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Associate or Experienced Procurement Agent (Level 2 or 3) to help support the BGS Supplier Management - Critical Support Organization team in Seattle, WA. The selected candidate will support procurement and follow-up activities to meet emergent customer and stakeholder requirements. Duties include coordinating new request for quotes and PO placement for emergent requirements, driving supplier delivery improvements, supplier performance management, and special projects. This position will work closely and need to communicate effectively with both the Boeing Supply Base and various internal Boeing stakeholders.

Position Responsibilities:

Performs continuous review and analysis of demand and supply.Prepares and executes proprietary information agreements.Supports sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements.Communicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance.

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

1+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain as a Procurement Agent (and/or related processes)1+ years of experience in Procurement Data AnalysisProficiency and experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s degree or higherExperience in a self-directed role1+ years of working experience with SAP3+ years of relative procurement experienceProject management experienceOutstanding customer service skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills (Communication skills and customer focus are critical to be successful in the role)

Typical Education/Experience:

High school diploma or GED and typically 3 or more years' related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Relocation:

Summary pay range: Level 2: $64,600 - $87,400

Level 3: $79,900 - $108,100
