The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Associate Contract Administration Specialist to join the team in Renton, WA.

This is an excellent opportunity for a high performer who is looking to gain valuable experience supporting a variety of programs and customers.

Position Responsibilities:

Supports contracts administration

Maintains business processes and data integrity

Coordinates with other internal functional disciplines

Exercises appropriate signature authority, when appropriate

Participates in the assessment of process risks and control adequacy

Performs contract closeout management for Fixed Price, Time and Material and Flexibly Priced contracts

Supports documentation of guidance related to new and updated contractual regulatory requirements and command media

Supports special requests for approval and exception, provides contract performance status and performs contract closeout activities

Monitors, reconciles and ensures compliance in the performance of contractual and business commitments, company policies, laws and regulations

Supports auditor requests, identifies data for audit activities and identifies issues, assists in the development of corrective actions and implementation of solutions

Supports special requests for approval and exception, interprets contractual letters, provides contract performance status and performs contract closeout activities

Researches, drafts and makes recommendations on proposal and contractual language supporting the product or service, delivery processes and conducts document reviews

Develops and improves relationships with local Government customers and develop process improvements that will benefit all programs and can be replicated across the Company

This position is hybrid. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Experience with government contracts

Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite

Experience working with the United States Government (USG) acquisition process

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s Degree or higher

Ability to work independently and with a cross-functional team

Experience utilizing strong critical thinking, problem solving, negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills

3+ years of experience using analytical, collaboration, communication and organizational skills

Typical Education & Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience , 7 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
