The Enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Data team is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive strategic initiatives and deliver high-impact results across our organization. Position Responsibilities:
Develop, coordinate, and maintain integrated project plans and schedules to meet program and project requirements
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards
Perform data analysis, risk assessments, and impact studies to support decision-making and project success
Facilitate discovery workshops with stakeholders to define problems, quantify value, and scope solution
Implement project management best practices, including Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies, to drive continuous improvement
Communicate project status, risks, and success stories to stakeholders and senior leadership
Partner with analytics, AI, and business teams to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement
Drive adoption of new tools, technologies, and processes to enhance team performance and efficiency
Foster a collaborative, fun, and engaging work environment that encourages creativity and teamwork
Thrive in dynamic environments and embrace change as an opportunity for growth

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
10+ years of experience in leading others and directing all phases of assigned cross-organizational or business unit projects demonstrating proficiency in all project management areas in accordance with accepted project management standards in the industry
Experience leading projects in a cross functional environment
Experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data
Experience in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project)
Experience facilitating meetings and presenting to senior leaders
Experience in a role that required strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Master’s degree or higher
Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Manager Professional (PgMP) certification
10+ years of experience leading Lean and process improvement initiatives
Experience in aerospace, defense, aviation, or related industries
Experience applying AI, automation, and data analytics to operational process improvements
Experience in methodologies such as Value Stream Mapping, Design Thinking, and Lean Six Sigma
Experience successfully leading business transformation initiatives from concept through implementation
