Find your future with us.Boeing Global Services (BGS) Supplier Management is seeking a First Line Leader to join the team in Seattle, WA. This position will focus on supporting Boeing Global Services Supply Chain via the Global Parts Solutions Commercial team. The First Line Leader in this position will lead our Supplier Management Airplane on Ground (AOG) team. The AOG team collaborates with our business and supply chain partners in order to identify the best possible solution(s) to supply parts and deliver satisfaction to our customers, alleviating their most urgent needs.
Position Responsibilities

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
More than 5 years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processesMore than 5 years of experience in Data AnalysisMore than 5 years of experience working in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlinesExperience supporting emergent demand in a 24-hours/7 days per week operating environment
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higherExperience in strategic decision making and supplier negotiationsExperience in a self-directed roleCommunication skills and customer focus are critical to be successful in the role
Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. 4 years' related work experience).
