Find your future with us.Boeing Information Digital Technology & Security (IDT&S) is currently seeking a Senior Active Directory Architect to join Boeing Enterprise Security’s Identity and Access Management organization in Kent, WA; Plano, TX; El Segundo, CA; Hazelwood, MO; North Charleston, SC; Colorado Springs, CO; Arlington, VA; Ridley Park, PA; Mesa, AZ; Huntsville, AL; Miami, FL; Oklahoma City, OK; San Antonio, TX; or Seattle, WA.
Boeing Enterprise Security’s Identity and Access Management organization is currently seeking a Senior Enterprise Active Directory Architect with strong cloud security skills, business skills, and excellent communication.
The selected candidate should possess strong cloud security skills, business skills, and excellent communication.
Position Responsibilities:
Leads efforts to define, develop, integrate and design security technical controls in a variety of IT environments and systems
Leads efforts to define security product specifications, tools and techniques for intrusion detection, intrusion prevention, data loss prevention, encryption of data, Identity/Access management and authentication methods
Leads efforts to analyze security designs and recommends design solutions that are industry leading or best practice to lower security risk along with being knowledgeable of national and international privacy requirements
Leads efforts to review design data elements (threat models, data flow diagrams, requirements, etc.) along with known vulnerabilities associated with IT systems and creates designs and recommendations that lower or eliminate security risk
Mentors technical staff on best practices along with promoting methods that systemically drive down security risk throughout the company
This position requires enhanced background screening. Due to the “high-risk access to critical infrastructure” of this position, an initial and periodic enhanced background screening is required
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience with privacy and security control policies
5+ years of experience with designing, developing, and implementing secure Active Directory Domain Services (ADDS) solutions
5+ years of experience with cloud-platform technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
5+ years of experience with delivering architecture & design solutions supporting data security
5+ years of experience in PowerShell
Willing to travel up to 10%
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Active Secret Clearance or higher
Experience with VBScript, CMD Batch
Experience in a large, global, multi-platform environment
Experience with the Development Security Operations (DevSecOps) lifecycle
Experience working in Agile methodologies
Experience with Microsoft 365 and security add-on packages
Experience with IT and cybersecurity risk fundamentals
Experience with at least one of the security standards/frameworks, e.g. National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), ISO27001, Cloud Security Alliance (CSA) Cloud Control Matrix (CCM)
Experience with security benchmarks Center for Internet Security (CIS) policy compliance and security frameworks and how it relates to technology implementation
