Boeing Test and Evaluation (BT&E) is seeking multiple Machinist Assemblers Precision  to join our Machinist departments in either Seattle, WA. Machinists in this position participate in the design, fabrication and assembly of various production and research projects. Using a variety of precision machines (e.g., lathes, grinders, EDM, CNC and milling machines) to support aircraft engineering and production groups. The Boeing Company has an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Business Intelligence / Data Science Analyst to join the Compliance Analytics & Effectiveness team.  The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive compliance strategies.  Using advanced BI tools, SQL and statistical analysis, this role will help ensure data integrity, uncover trends, and enable informed decision-making within the Global Compliance organization and key functions across the enterprise. The team is open to both Level 4 and Level 5 Senior Level candidates for this tole. This position can be located in Chicago, IL; North Charleston, SC; Seal Beach, CA; Seattle, WA; or Tukwila, WA. Position Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of complex BI models, dashboards, metrics, and reports using standard technologies and methodologies to drive business productivity and outcomes Use analytical skills and strategic enterprise knowledge to synthesize and provide meaningful business intelligence, and draw conclusions based on data, KRIs, metrics and trends from multiple data sources to influence business strategy and performance Communicate complex data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders to aid decision-making and risk mitigation Apply programming and scripting skills (e.g., SQL, Python, R, VBA) for efficient data gathering, manipulation, and advanced analysis. Utilize advanced analytics, predictive models, and diverse data platforms to identify compliance risks, trends, and root causes, developing recommendations and mitigation plans Create impactful visualizations, metric reports, and narrative-based summaries tailored to stakeholders at all levels (executives, managers, peers) This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Bachelor’s degree or higher 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence/Data Analytics tools and applications (such as SQL, R, Tableau, Python, IBM Cognos Analytics, Google Analytics) 3+ years of experience leveraging statistical programming languages (e.g., R, Python, SAS) for advanced analytics and anomaly detection 3+ years of experience translating data into actionable insights and recommendations Experience developing and maintaining scripts Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and team skills Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Experience in data analysis algorithms (e.g. data mining, statistics, machine learning, natural language processing, text mining, visual analytics) and building Descriptive, Predictive and Prescriptive models Experience with Teradata, SQL Server, and/or Cloud Platforms (specifically Azure, AWS, GCP) Experience in artificial intelligence and machine learning frameworks Experience with R or Python data visualization packages (i.e. Shiny, Dash, Streamlit) Experience with ServiceNow Reporting and Performance Analytics Conflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
