Basic Qualifications: 8+ years of industry experience developing commercial software 4+ years of experience leading engineering teams Preferred Qualifications: Domain experience in system level programming such as language runtimes, compilers or debuggers Experience with agile practices such as SCRUM or Kanban Data driven, customer focused, self-motivated, and organized Ability to communicate technical details clearly across organizational boundaries. Experience with cloud services a plus
