The Minecraft Data and Analytics team is looking for leader to help us carry out security and privacy management across the franchise.
As the head of Minecraft Security and Privacy, you will partner with data, engineering, gameplay development teams, researchers, and businesspeople to protect customer data across our franchise. You and your team will be the franchise authorities in the functional areas of security and privacy, acting as the point of contact helping our team carry out our state of agreement adhering to relevant policies. This role requires someone to apply their experienced program and team management skills to engineering and even operational processes, effectively influencing the product and service development
Required Experience: Bachelor's Degree (Law, Privacy, Compliance, Computer Science, Analytics or related field) 5 or more years in professional experience in a role involving privacy, compliance, security, safety in software/gaming or data governance 5 or more years in a project or program management role Thorough knowledge of laws, regulations and trends affecting customer security and safety, especially in software or gaming.
