The Security Operations Program Manager will drive physical security programs across North, Central and South America while supporting global risk and high-value asset protection teams. This position will be responsible for driving a group of security resources in support of physical security risk assessments, security practices, and overall incident preparedness and planning. Moreover, the Security Operations Program Manager will drive collaboration and security solution development with internal and external security teams, and Microsoft internal lines of business. BA/BS degree in Business, Homeland Security, Criminal Justice or similar 1 year experience in Corporate Security Program Management or 4 years of relevant work experience in the related field Experience building and managing security or company employee safety training programs Preferred: Experience working in technology or innovative technology company MS degree in Business, Homeland Security, Criminal Justice or similar
