Facilities (GREF) team Senior Program Manager
Amazon is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) team. This is an opportunity to join Amazon as we continue to grow our Real Estate Portfolio. The primary role is one of technology and program management for the development, design, operation and improvement of the systems and processes that create and deliver success across the GREF organization. This position is based in Seattle, WA and reports to the Director of Operations. He/she must operate as a true partner to the global GREF leaders, IT, and other functional areas. He/she must be comfortable diving deep on both the strategic and tactical levels, simultaneously acting as an internal ambassador, educator, analyst, solutions architect, and implementer. He/she will manage a team of full-time, part-time, and outsourced/contract personnel – inspiring them to achieve the highest standards of customer service and continuous improvement.
