The goal of Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis (CFP and A) team is to provide key insights that help Microsoft make better financial and business decisions. Our team is at the hub of Microsoft's financial processes and insights, being a key strategic partner to all sides of the business and serving a diverse set of stakeholders: CFOs, Senior Leadership Team, engineering groups, and sales and marketing teams. Financial Analysts (or Managers) in our team help us transform the way we measure business performance, manage resources and lead financial processes using business intelligence, modelling and analytics. You will have a unique opportunity to use your insights and strategic thinking to partner with leaders on financial decisions, investments, efficiency and process transformation projects. CFP and A Field Planning team is looking for talent to drive overall Field planning rhythm, communications, executive engagement/decisions and strategic transformation projects. The team's mission

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Drive the full Field planning rhythm. This includes responsibility for planning calendar management, planning meetings, communications, Teams site and planning events. Drive focus and ensure discussion, progress and decisions on annual Planning big bets. Strategic projects to transform, simplify and improve planning as business/sales models evolve. Coordinate all planning and target setting related activities for Field including Target cascade, exec reviews and governance on Targets/Budgets. Ensure quality of Revenue and Opex planning
10+ years of demonstrated Finance experience, with progressively greater achievement and responsibility in FP and A strongly preferred; BA or BS in Finance or other related field, MBA/CPA strongly preferred Strong written/verbal communication skills including ability to communicate effectively with senior management Proven program/process management experience Strong cross group collaboration and ability to work with stakeholders around the globe Comfortable working with a high degree of ambiguity in a dynamic, high pressure and fast paced environment Analytical, detail oriented and thorough, with
