We're looking for a senior technical product marketing leader to drive this new growth opportunity for the business . The free and trial offers of Teams aim to increase end user demand for the product and introduce new avenues for engaged usage. But t ruly embracing a viral mindset requires a significant shift in the way we build, measure, and take products to market. It requires that we continuously place the end user experience above any assumed architecture or engagement tactics we've developed while serving a markedly different enterprise audience. Key responsibilities include the following: Customer Experience Partner with engineering to drive product improvements across sign up, onboarding, and upgrade, representing key customer and internal priorities in the product development process Derive insights on customer habits and preferences from web testing and product telemetry Conduct market research and competitive analysis on customer needs and behaviors Engage customers directly online and at industry events to support research with anecdotal evidence Business Growth Partner with finance and marketing to drive growth of Office 365 through
Qualifications include: Relevant undergraduate degree and /or equivalent work experience. Master's Degree preferred 7+ years in product marketing or product management or comparable experience A passion for technology and the ability to translate technology into compelling marketing Self-awareness, the ability to be self-critical and a strong desire to learn/ grow Proven ability to drive results with and influence a diverse group of stakeholders Experience in business planning, market and competitive analysis Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to completion Experience
