Amazon.com is looking for a proven consumer marketing superstar to join the Parent Experience (PX) team as Sr. Marketing Manager for the Baby Registry. Over the last 3 years, Amazon's Baby Registry has grown to one of the most popular destinations for expecting parents to prepare. This new role is a challenging, highly visible and highly rewarding opportunity to play a central part in making Amazon the destination of choice for first time expecting parents. The Sr. Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving consumer awareness and adoption of the Amazon Baby Registry. Working closely with the PX product and program teams, this person will own the strategy and execution marketing both on and off- Amazon to drive awareness and customer acquisition. This person must excel at understanding the broader context within which the Registry business exists, and then effectively prioritize the opportunities for the greatest impact. Starting with data-driven customer insight, they will identify

· BA/BS required · 7+ years professional (digital) marketing experience in a fast-moving consumer business. · Demonstrated success in building measurable online marketing programs. · Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate credible forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs · Proficient with Excel and other MS Office tools· Experience with market research methods, customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting · Strong oral and written communications skills · Experience with content
