Amazon is looking to make shopping more fun for pet parents! Pet Supplies on Amazon is a large and fast growing category that aims to serve all animals and breeds. Our vision is to build a compelling shopping experience for pet parents and help shape the future of the industry. We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to help drive innovation and growth in this business. This person will be a part of defining and executing the vision for a differentiated next generation Pet Supplies shopping experience. The ideal candidate must be able to work at the strategic level (generating bold and innovative ideas for growth) and at the tactical level (managing campaigns and solving problems). The ideal candidate must also have proven analytical skills and a history of solving complex marketing challenges at all stages of the funnel. This position requires a candidate who builds marketing strategies from a data-driven perspective derived through constant testing and a thorough analysis
· BA/BS required · 7+ years product and/or marketing experience, ideally with time spent in a fast-moving consumer or ecommerce business · Demonstrated success in building measurable online marketing programs and/or launching innovative products. · Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, and generate credible campaign/program forecasts · Ability to think strategically and operate with autonomy · Proficiency with Excel and basic SQL · Concise and effective written communications· Strong proficiency with Excel
