We are seeking a Senior Manager of Research Science and Planning to help us understand and improve our stores. In this role, you will lead multiple teams: · A team of Research Scientists and Economists who use statistical and ML models to answer key questions spanning the business, including customer behavior, product assortment, store design, and merchandising, as well as develop forecasting approaches for long-term planning and ongoing traffic and unit forecasts that inform business operations. · An S and OP and Labor Planning team in charge
· Advanced degree in economics, statistics, operations research, mathematics, or other quantitative discipline, or equivalent experience. · 10+ years of data analytical experience in a business setting. · Advanced knowledge of statistical software such as R or Python, as well as Excel and SQL. · Experience communicating with senior business leaders, both verbally and in writing. · Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously. · Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with customer and partner teams. · Demonstrated ability to hire, manage, and develop a team,
