Lead collaboration across multiple disciplinary teams to integrate Resource Optimization Scheduling Engine to minimize optimization changes based on resources, skills and real time traffic patterns to ship intelligent features in D365 Customer Service product family Lead ML based product feature engineering effort for demand forecasting, scheduling, capacity planning and inventory management Develop models that will enable product features to predict travel time based on traffic patterns Operationalize models in production environment and leverage the feedback loop for retraining Design and develop
Bachelor/MS/PhD degree in operation research, industrial engineering, math, statistics, physics or computer science 5 years of experience in Machine Learning, Operation Research, Artificial Intelligence and Statistics, including but not limited to, linear programming, simulation modeling and time series forecasting 3 year of experience in applying operation research techniques for predictive logistics, resource and capacity planning scenarios 2 years of experience in applying ML techniques e.g. multiple regression, deep learning, multi-classifiers for solving business/customer problems 1 year of
