Basic Qualifications · 7+ years work experience in an HR Generalist/Business Partner role supporting multiple senior leaders that has included performance management, change management, and employee communications · Bachelor’s degree · Knowledge of US employment laws and HR best practices · Experience with MS Office Suite, HRIS system experience (i.e. PeopleSoft, Tableau)Preferred Qualifications · Experience with business and technology teams and a track record of influencing through data-driven recommendations · Exceptional listening skills and ability to relate to, influence, and coach employees
