The Senior HR Manager role contributes to the development and implementation of AI+R, E+D and Gaming D and I Plans. The work is aligned with the global Microsoft diversity and inclusion strategies. The role is responsible for extrapolating insights from data to inform recommendations and actions, consulting with leaders and strategic partners on organizational needs and relevant solutions, driving D and I strategic initiatives and programs end to end and aligning and mobilizing the extended D and I community to maximize impact. As a Senior HRM, you will partner with Global Diversity and Inclusion (GD and I) and HR Business Partners, you will be responsible for contributing D and I business perspectives and requirements in services to the development of the in-business D and I plan including

Key Responsibilities Translate business needs into In-Business D and I plans . Develop and execute the delivery of those plans in partnership with key stakeholders (HRBPs, Engineering Leaders, GD and I Practice leaders, GTA, etc.) develop a D and I plan and structured rhythm of the business for the LT and the HR team that enables connections, best practice sharing and further builds HR D and I acumen and engagement plan for team communications including all-hands, townhalls and poll plan. In-Business Engagement: Active participation in Engineering D and I Councils and be a trusted advisor to our
Qualifications: 5-7 years direct human capital experience – best practice research, data collection and analysis, strategic planning, stakeholder management, solution design and implementation at scale and measuring and reporting impact Strong partnership capabilities – with business leaders, strategic partners and broader D and I community Experience effectively balancing the needs of the business with the strategies of the company Excellent analytical, communication, collaboration, organizational and time management skills Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented Developer of others BS/BA
