As a Business Intelligence Analyst for the WW Business Development, Advertising, and Entertainment (WW BDAE) HR Analytics team you will partner with HR and business leaders and analytics teams across Amazon to deliver products and research targeted at providing leaders specific, actionable insights. You will work with HR leaders from rapidly growing business units on unsolved challenges. Your day will be split between working with HR Business Partners, leaders, and subject matter experts to provide data driven insights on talent challenges associated with a quickly scaling organization. · Bachelor’s degree or higher in an applicable major (CS, IO psych, any research methods heavy science/social science degree) · 5+ years of experience designing and developing analyses, dashboards, and/or data visualizations in BI platforms or other analytics tools: Tableau, MicroStrategy, OBIEE, R, Stata or comparable tool · Owned the design and deployment of data visualizations that drive measurable impact · Communication and data presentation skills, experience analyzing data and communicating the results to business leaders · Experience testing causal arguments against historical data sets
