The Health, Safety, Sustainability Security and Compliance (HS3C) HR team is seeking a seasoned Senior HR Business Partner to support our global product compliance (Food Safety, Dangerous Goods, Restricted Products and Global Trade) organization. We’re looking for an HR Leader who is passionate about supporting our customer obsessed teams, coaching managers to hire and develop the best, and partnering with senior leaders in building organizations that can be proud of the work they do to tackle complex safety and regulatory issues worldwide. This Senior HR Business Partner will deliver large scale organizational programs and interventions to meet business needs, partner with leaders to design the most effective organizations, dive into help solving workplace issues, and work with leaders to build and support
· 6+ years of experience as an HR generalist, manager, HRBP, employee relations partner and/or organization development partner. · Bachelor's Degree or equivalent post-secondary degree· Previous Amazon HR experience (field or corporate) · HR Business Partner experience with senior level leaders in a global organization · Experience in multiple Human Resources disciplines desired (Organizational Effectiveness, Strategic Workforce Planning, Change Management and Employee Relations) · Strong analytical abilities; ability to use data to tell a story · High judgement · Excellent communicator and facilitator
