In addition, this is a key leadership role with responsibility for helping to shape and drive the "Advise Me" Pillar within the CSS customer experience framework. Responsibilities: Contributing every day to the success of others on the team Partner with CSS Support Business Leaders and Engineering Finance Teams Lead the "Advise Me" Pillar Measurement workstream (ROI framework, ROB, LTV, LRP, investments, efficiencies) Maintain end to end controllership responsibilities for all lines of business in the CAPS SBU, including allocation of costs across Product Segments Build business cases using modeling skills for Long Range Plan (LRP), Budget and Quarterly Forecasts Utilize data and analytics to drive productivity improvements within the product support model
Requirements: BS/BA in Finance or related field 5-8 years of relevant experience w/ emphasis on management and business analysis experience Strong communication, drive for results, time management and influence skills Excellent cross group collaboration and interpersonal skills Microsoft Office, particularly emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
