Transportation Finance team Outbound Transportation Finance
The Outbound Transportation Finance team has an immediate opening for a Senior Finance Manager leading our FP and A function for the US Transportation network. This role will expand and enhance planning, reporting, and analysis of the Outbound Transportation network with the primary focus on optimizing speed, Delivery Estimate Accuracy, and cost, as well as driving cost savings initiatives across the network. Additionally, as part of this role, this leader will deliver improved efficiency and accuracy through automation, process improvements, and defects prevention. The successful candidate will work closely with a variety of stakeholders, including multiple category finance teams, operations leadership, technology, supply chain, and worldwide FP and A. Candidates should have experience working in high visibility roles and be comfortable presenting to senior leadership. A polished professional presence and the ability to influence is critical. · Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering or a related field is required and a minimum of 10+ years' of relevant, progressive finance experience OR master's degree and a minimum of 8+ years' of relevant, progressive finance experience · · MBA strongly preferred. · Proven track record in finance analysis/operation and business development, preferably in a global organization with P and L and FP and A responsibility. · Proven experience in building and managing financial models for business forecasting, variance analysis and problem solving.
