Create and drive the vision, mission, and long term strategies for the environmental, operational, and construction safety programs; Lead a team of subject matter experts in environmental and operations and construction safety disciplines; Represent the EHS program to Microsoft executives; Manage key internal stakeholder partnerships to implement joint projects and provide business insight on EHS governance, risk management, and controls; Globally manage and develop external strategic relationships with industry trade groups and non-governmental entities regarding compliance and safety; Effect
Demonstrated experience in managing global EHS programs and associated budgets for large organizations preferably in the technology or critical infrastructure industries; Experience in the successful implementation and championing of environmental and health and safety regulatory and sustainability requirements; Proven track record of successfully influencing others, including executives and other senior leaders; Highly developed oral and written communication skills with the ability to deliver controversial messages to senior management; Demonstrated ability to lead through a position of influence;
