· Bachelor's degree in Business, HR or related field, or equivalent experience · 10 years of progressive prior work and leadership experience in a program management, business/data analyst, or operational leadership/management role · Experience in business operations, finance, or related business management field · Proficient Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and analytical platforms · Experience interacting closely with and influencing senior business leaders; ability to translate strategy into action and drive complex programs across a wide range of stakeholders. · Strong communication
