The Labs is in need of a strong, senior business manager to drive key operational and strategic programs and priorities for the organization in close collaboration with the MSR labs leadership team. This position will be reporting to Corporate Vice President. A successful business manager would be a fast learner, strategic planner, with an exemplary history of collaborations and driving cross-organizational priorities. Strong verbal and written communication skills is a must. Typical responsibilities include overseeing our visitor programs, driving ROB events and deliveries in the organization
5+ years of business management in a technology focused organization 5+ project management experience with a history of shaping end to end business programs with articulated mission, performance criteria and stakeholder buy-in Strong customer focus in creating and operation of business programs with agility Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to collaborate with different disciplines in research and across the company Focus on diversity and inclusiveness to enable creative solutions to problems and to encourage all to feel included Strong focus on learning and growth mindset
