Sales Excellence Lead
The Sales Excellence Lead Small, Medium and Corporate (SMC) is a strategic, individual contributor acting as the trusted advisor to the Segment Lead. This is a sales leadership role that requires deep understanding of the business and levers to drive and coach for growth. It is a critical role that looks left-to-right across the segment business as an orchestrator of SMC sales motions: hold others accountable, drive alignment, calling risk and upside, stewarding culture and business transformation, running/leading the business, and coaching/driving sustainable business discipline.

This role's primary responsibilities include: Stewarding culture and business transformation 10% Provide and drive action from insights to the Segment Leadership team, leveraging the Seller Pulse that will help remove selling time roadblocks, increase seller capability and effectiveness Advise sales management on becoming more effective coaches to their team resulting in increased individual and team capability Leading segment change in Global Sales Transformation Leading/Running the Business 30% During business reviews coach and advise on sales motions/strategies for up-sell and co-sell opportunities
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational leadership, ability to think strategically, understand both depth and scale selling. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of customer focus, collaboration, drive for results and executive presence. This position requires 10+ years of related experience in sales leadership, channel sales leadership or marketing. Bachelors degree required.
