Amazon's corporate HR Recruiting organization is seeking an experienced strategic Sourcing Recruiting Manager to scale attraction and hiring of Talent Acquisition (R4R) partners across multiple business lines in the Americas. The strongest candidate for this role will have years of experience building operationally robust high volume hiring programs, as well as developing individuals and high performing teams. This role will require a high degree of collaboration with peer teams and leaders. We are seeking an innovator who sees and seizes opportunities to think big and be creative alongside delivering results via proven models and metrics. This leader will use data to support instinct and will influence transparently, sharing risks and opportunities with clients to deliver business minded solutions, while also leveraging their teams experience and input to build and support a culture of shared success. · Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related field · 7+ years’ Human Resources and/or Recruiting experience · 5+ years’ Recruiting Leadership and Management experience in a large global corporate environment · 3+ years’ experience in business analytics and reporting and/or demand forecasting · Master degree · 10+ years' Recruiting Leadership and Management experience in a large global corporate tech industry and environment · Experience partnering with senior executive leaders, including an ability to influence hiring strategies to meet business needs effectively · Proven track record of delivering
