The Seller Engagement for Restricted Products (SERP) is looking for a Risk Manager within their Seller Enforcement division. This role will be based in Luxembourg. You will be responsible for leading and managing the Restricted Products seller enforcement and appeal programs for the UK/Italy. In addition to managing communications, enforcement actions, reporting, and quality assurance, you will work to promote transparency and understanding of Restricted Products policies, including assessing seller plans of action in response

· Bachelor’s degree · Program management experience with demonstrated success · Excellent communication skills, fluent in both English and Italian, both written and oral · Excellent attention to details to identify gaps and opportunities in procedures, and drive innovative, efficient solutions · Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive actions; including deep knowledge of Excel · Excellent business judgment and a practical, common sense approach to getting things done · Ability to manage multiple projects
