We are looking for an Operations Program Manager for Amazon Locker in North America. Amazon Lockers are self-service kiosks placed in convenience stores, grocery stores, shopping centers, transit stations, multifamily buildings and other retail locations with high customer density. To pick-up orders or drop-off returns, customers select a Locker on the website; receive a code, and then collect or drop-off the package at their convenience. Amazon is looking for a dynamic, customer-obsessed individual with great relationship management to join the Amazon Locker team as a Program Manager. As part of the Locker operations team you will work with business development, product, customers and vendors to manage the expansion of the Locker kiosk network in both new and existing markets in North America.
