With the rapid growth in the Retail business, the C2S2 Program Manager is responsible for the global coordination and implementation of new and existing Retail programs within CS. This includes a multitude of launch types that range from new products and services to cross platform application software updates. With most launches this person is responsible for bringing together all aspects of a launch into a single plan of record, executing preparation against this plan of record and also partnering with the worldwide team to support expansion into other countries and languages. Responsibilities of this position include interfacing with various Retail business teams as a leader of a Subject Matter Expert for CS in executing business-wide initiatives and providing input on standard programs that can be leveraged worldwide.
